The Flight Leader

The Flight leader is the same person/Pilot which is sitting in the lead machine (No 1). His job is to lead the Formation while an Airshaow and his non flying Job is to lead and organize the Flyingh Group. He always knows about the abilitys of each Pilot and knows whenever it´s needed to move a Pilot from one Position to another or to change a Pilot completely. He works hand in hand with the Head management to lead the Whole Display Team.
